深秋的江城,云淡天高,景色宜人。本刊第三次特约通讯员会议,于10月15日至19日在武汉市召开。来自全国22个省、市、区的22名本刊特约通讯员出席了会议。中国邮电新闻工作者协会第一届理事会和《人民邮电》报第八次记者工作会议,同时在这里召开。会上,人民邮电报社总编辑曹敦玉作了题为《更近些,更深些,更活些》的报告,本刊编辑部主任刘广生汇报了工作。代表们围绕贯彻落实党的十三届三中全会精神,在治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序、全面深化改革中如何进一步办好《邮电企业管理》刊物问题,认真地进行了讨论。大家带来各地读者对本刊的殷切期望,反馈信息,畅所欲言,各抒己见,共商办刊良策,并广泛交流了各局改革和建设的成就及经验。会议期间,邮电部原副部长朱春和看望了代表们,同大家亲切交谈。 Jiangcheng in the autumn, cloudless sky, pleasant scenery. The third special correspondent meeting, held in Wuhan on October 15 to 19. Twenty-two special correspondents from our 22 provinces, cities and districts attended the conference. The first council of China Posts and Telecommunications Journalists Association and the People’s Posts and Telecommunications Newspaper reported the eighth press conference at the same time. At the meeting, Cao Dunyu, editor-in-chief of the People’s Posts and Telecommunications Newspaper, made a report titled “More, More and More Live More,” and Liu Guangsheng, director of the editorial department of the newspaper, reported on his work. The delegates conscientiously conducted discussions on implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, handling issues concerning how to further improve the management of the “postal and telecommunications enterprises” in governing the economic environment, rectifying the economic order and deepening the overall reform. Everyone brought about the ardent expectations, feedbacks, and opinions expressed freely by all the readers from all over the country. They also talked about business strategies well and made extensive exchanges on achievements and experiences in the reform and construction of various offices. During the meeting, Zhu Chunhe, former vice minister of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, visited the deputies and spoke cordially with all of you.
