故障现象一辆2006款长安福特蒙迪欧轿车,搭载2.5 L Duratec-VE V6发动机,行驶里程约为28万km,该车因加速不良而进厂维修。故障诊断接车后试车确认故障,发现故障确实存在。对车辆进行常规检查,并没有发现问题,接着又测量了燃油泵的供油压力,为380 kPa,在正常范围内。连接故障检测仪读取故障代码,没有故障代码存储。此后又更换了汽油滤清器、火花塞、点火线圈和分缸线并清洗喷油器及发动机内部积炭等,故障依然存在。后与同型号车辆对换动力控制模块(PCM)并解除被动防盗后试车,故障依旧。故障排除陷入僵局,于是找到笔者共同探讨此故障。
Trouble A 2006 Changan Ford Mondeo sedan, equipped with a 2.5 L Duratec-VE V6 engine, has a mileage of about 280,000 km. The car was factory-repaired due to poor acceleration.
