咽部血管瘤20例,男15例,女5例;15～70岁,病程1～20年。瘤体最小0.5cm×0.5cm,最大3.0cm×3.0cm,3例曾用硬化剂局部注射治疗,疗效欠佳。我们用湖北省孝感产 JLG—100型 Nd:YAG激光光纤手术器治疗,激光波长1.06μm,功率0～100W,光束直经0.6mm,以1%丁卡因溶液行咽部粘膜表面麻醉,用2%盐酸利多卡因溶液行瘤体局部浸润麻醉,肌注阿托品及鲁米那钠,持光纤对准瘤体,每次照射0.5～1s,间隔0.5s,直接照射在血管瘤表面,点间相距约1cm,每次照射约4个点,以瘤体表面变白为度,继而可见瘤体收缩,切勿击穿瘤体以防大出血,每次治疗相隔一般为2周。以瘤体完全消失,
