《惊蕈录》对日本香菇的划时代意义日本在宽政八年,即1796年,产生了历史上第一部香菇栽培专著。原书称《温故齐五瑞篇》亦名《惊蕈录》,温故齐是该书作者佐藤成裕的别名,佐藤在写作此书时,封面上签上了“惊蕈录”三个流畅的汉字,故本文以“惊蕈录”称之。《惊蕈录》是作为一个技术指导材料而编著的。《惊蕈录》在当时只有手抄本,而未印刷出版。佐藤的亲笔手稿现存日本水户历史馆。在《惊蕈录》问世前,日本国内虽无香菇专著,但是作为一种产物,记载的材料却不少。最早对“菌”的记录出现在《日本书
