观察了柴胡炮制品的水煎剂对ＣＣｌ４中毒小白鼠肝脏组织及血清ＳＧＰＴ的影响。实验结果表明，醋炙柴胡和醋拌柴胡能显著降低中毒小鼠的血清ＳＧＰＴ，各给药组均有轻度减轻肝损伤的作用，为探讨柴胡的炮制原理提供了一定依据。
The effect of decoction of Bupleurum chinense processed product on the liver tissue and serum SGPT of CCl4 poisoned mice was observed. The experimental results showed that vinegar, bupleurum, vinegar, and bupleurum could significantly reduce the serum SGPT in poisoned mice, and each group had mildly alleviated hepatic injury, which provided a certain basis for exploring the processing principle of Bupleurum chinense.
