目的:研究杭州地区部分人群糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb)水平的分布情况。方法:收集2010年8月-2011年8月在我院体检的4850例体检人员样本,应用全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪检测HbA1(%)和HbA1c(%)水平,分别按性别、年龄、HbA1c参考值及2010年糖尿病诊断新标准对样本进行分组,并进行统计分析。结果:结果表明,HbA1(%)和HbA1c(%)在不同性别和年龄的人群中的分布有显著性差异。结论:杭州地区男性Hb总体水平均明显高于女性,且随着年龄的增长Hb水平增高,且根据2010年新指南筛查出疑似糖尿病者增多,为糖尿病的早期发现、早期治疗及减少并发症的发生提供了前提。
