在离心转速恒定的情况下 ,研究了不同磁感应强度的稳恒电磁场对 1Cr2 5 Ni2 0 Si2耐热不锈钢空心管坯铸态组织和室温加工性能的影响。试验结果表明 :中等强度的电磁搅拌使材料的晶粒细化、枝晶倾斜、塑性提高 ,可满足冷加工变形的要求 ;较强的电磁搅拌使离心力降低 ,不利于补缩 ,导致材料塑性下降。
The effect of steady magnetic field with different magnetic induction on the as-cast microstructure and room-temperature performance of 1Cr2 5 Ni2 0 Si2 heat-resistant stainless steel hollow shell was investigated at constant centrifugal speed. The experimental results show that: medium intensity electromagnetic stirring makes the grain refinement, dendrite tilt, plasticity to meet the requirements of cold deformation; strong electromagnetic stirring to reduce centrifugal force, is not conducive to shrinkage, resulting in plasticity decreased.
