骨髓间质干细胞被认为是生物体内的自体修复库。了解生理情况下心肌细胞分化的调控过程是进行骨髓间质干细胞心肌分化研究的基础。根据对动物胚胎发育的研究 ,心脏的发育、心肌细胞的分化过程是多种基因和多种因子 ,通过多种途径 ,在不同时间点上进行调控的复杂过程。本文对与心肌细胞分化相关的基因、蛋白质、酶和生长因子等在心脏发育、心肌分化中的作用作一综述 ,并探讨了心脏不同部分心肌细胞形成过程中有关基因表达的区域和时相变化 ,为进一步研究骨髓间质干细胞向心肌分化的调控机制奠定基础
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are considered as autologous repair libraries in vivo. Understanding the regulation of cardiomyocyte differentiation under physiological conditions is the basis for the study of myocardial differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells. According to the research of animal embryonic development, the development of the heart, the process of cardiomyocyte differentiation is a complex process of regulating many kinds of genes and various factors through different ways and at different time points. This review summarizes the roles of genes, proteins, enzymes, and growth factors associated with cardiomyocyte differentiation in cardiac development and myocardial differentiation, and explores the regional and temporal changes in gene expression involved in cardiomyocyte formation in different parts of the heart , Which lays the foundation for further research on the regulatory mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to myocardial differentiation
