理论是发展的基础，发展是理论的延续。这里我们谈论的是理论中所包含的一部分思想——计划与发展。一个计划要在发展中得到验证，得到验证的计划又要在发展中完善，完善的计划又充实了理论基础，由此可见计划是整个发展中重要的一环。人们在思索和实践的过程中从而得到了启示。在发展和成功之前，一定要有计划。每一步的过程都要有每一步的计划，这样就减少了盲目的工作和不必要的失败。有些人往往头脑一热，想要做什么，事先没有计划就去做了，这样即使是一个好的想法，在实践的过程中仍然是很紊乱的，无章可循的，我们千万不要这样盲目地工作。
首先要认真选定目的，然后开始围绕着这个目的的发展进行计划，并对每一步发展进行充分地计划和计算，制定出一个发展纲要，并在纲要中再次完善计划；之后开始实践了，但我们知道，在实践的过程中，还会出现这样或那样在计划时所没有想到的问题，但这时问题就小得多了；再次完善计划，充实思想，这时的计划和思想就更提高了一层。由于目的是明确的，向目的方向发展也就加快了速度。按照计划去发展，发展中不断完善计划；计划充实理论，理论证明了目的，目的就一定能成功。
One of the most important aspects of a successful development project, whether it be something in your personal or business life, is planning.Many people often plunge into new projects with much enthusiasm and good intentions, but then are unable to capitalize on their ideas and assets because they lacked the forethought and planning to identify not just the opportunities and benefits of their project, but also the potential problems, obstacles and threats to its success.Every time an individual or organization embarks on a new project, planning should be a fundamental first step that should never be overlooked.Without it, when obstacles do arise, they may cause a sound idea to falter and the success of an entire project to be jeopardized.A bit of extra time beforehand in the planning stage can often eliminate these potentially devastating setbacks.
Planning also doesn’t?just help address problems, it also lays down a methodology for a projects development that allows each contributing member to understand the goals and the ways that they will work together to attain them.This can mean a much more efficient and effective project development programwhich in turn often means cost and time savings.
The message here is simple.While the act of planning may seem to be common sense, it still seems to get overlooked in some people’s eagerness to reach their goals.However, it is often overlooked to the detriment of the same goals.Plan and succeed.
