芦潮港,东临东海,是浦东距离世博园最远的一个小镇。这里有海塘、有码头、有渔港,还有火车站(浦东铁路),世博期间有十多万人次出入码头,渔港日常停靠160多条渔船,人员复杂、流动性强。世博安保期间,数百名官兵和警力驻守这里,和来自当地居民的志愿者一起,构筑起“军警民”联防联治的新防线。 Luchaogang, east of the East China Sea, is the farthest from Pudong Expo Town. There are seaports, wharves, fishing ports, and railway stations (Pudong Railway). During the Expo there were over 100,000 passengers entering and exiting the wharf. The fishing port often docked more than 160 fishing boats and the staffs are complex and highly mobile. During the World Expo security, hundreds of officers and police stationed here, along with volunteers from local residents, to build a new line of defense for the “military, police and civilian” coalition.
