建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定复方消炎凝胶剂中甲硝唑和氧氟沙星含量。其回收率分别为99．46％和97．80％。该法操作简便，测定结果可靠。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established for simultaneous determination of metronidazole and ofloxacin in compound anti-inflammatory gel. The recoveries were 99.46% and 97.80%, respectively. The method is simple and reliable, the determination result is reliable.
