房地产市场与金融市场是风险积聚的两个重要载体,而两个市场在经济运行中会表现出一定的关系,也即是相互共生的关系,正是由于这种关系就容易助长风险的互相积累。一旦风险积累都一定的程度,繁荣情况急转直下,甚至破灭,就会连带财务幻觉也消失,这种情况的后果非常严重,会导致房地产市场崩溃、金融危机、经济危机等不良后果。在本文中的研究中,我们可以知道,国内房地产制度的缺陷将导致房地产市场与金融市场的风险相互正向累积。文中笔者首先就国内房地产与金融市场共生性作用的原理进行表述,接着分析了国内房地产与金融市场共生性作用,与大家一同探讨。
