应用免疫组织化学ABC法对20例膀胱腺癌和16例腺性膀胱炎的膀胱组织进行了P53和P21基因蛋白表达产物的检测。结果20例膀胱腺癌中,P53基因蛋白表达10例,占50.0%;P21基因蛋白表达18例,占90.0%。16例腺性膀胱炎中,P21基因蛋白表达6例,占37.5%;P53基因蛋白表达2例,占12.5%,且均有结构不良及非典型增生。表明膀胱腺癌P53和P21基因蛋白表达率比腺性膀胱炎多,经统计学检验有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。认为腺性膀胱炎一般只在结构不良与非典型增生时可见。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the protein expression products of P53 and P21 in 20 cases of bladder adenocarcinoma and 16 cases of cystitis glandularis. Results In 20 cases of adenocarcinoma of the bladder, P53 gene protein was expressed in 10 cases (50.0%), while P21 gene protein was found in 18 cases (90.0%). In 16 cases of cystitis glandularis, 6 cases were P21 gene protein expression, accounting for 37.5%; 2 cases were P53 gene protein expression, accounting for 12.5%, both of which had dysplasia and atypical hyperplasia. The results showed that the expression of P53 and P21 protein in cystadenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that of cystitis glandularis (P <0.01). Glandular cystitis is generally only seen in dysplasia and atypical hyperplasia.
