However, in today’s South Viet Nam, the U.S.-U.S. Reactionary ruling clique controls the entire field of art and endeavors to make art serve their reactionary interests and turns art into a propaganda tool that is poisoning people’s ideology. As is the case with other cultural activities, the art of South Vietnam has been and is being pushed into the dark, impoverished abyss by the U.S.-Wu group. For a long time, southern Vietnam had an excellent tradition in the art field
