[目的]探究水分对分蘖期不同薏苡品种叶绿素含量、POD活性及膜脂过氧化作用等的影响。[方法]采用防雨棚盆栽试验,模拟水分胁迫,测定薏苡分蘖期的叶片的叶绿素含量P、OD活性及MDA含量。[结果]水分降低对分蘖期不同品种叶绿素含量及POD活性的影响具有波动性,然而在土壤含最大毛管持水量的70%水分时,POD活性以及植株的生长情况均表现得比较显著,而MDA含量随水分的减少而递增。[结论]该研究为实现薏苡高产、优质、可控提供了条件,为GAP建立合理的灌溉制度提供了一定的科学理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of water on chlorophyll content, POD activity and membrane lipid peroxidation in different Coix varieties at tillering stage. [Method] Pot experiment in rain-shed was used to simulate water stress and determine the content of chlorophyll P, OD and the content of MDA in leaf of Coix lachryma-jobi tillering stage. [Result] The effects of water stress on the chlorophyll content and POD activity of different varieties at tillering stage were fluctuant. However, POD activity and plant growth were all significant when the soil contained 70% moisture with the maximum capillary water holding capacity, while MDA Content increases with decreasing water content. [Conclusion] The study provided the conditions for high yield, good quality and controllability of Coix lachryma - jobi, and provided some scientific theoretical basis for establishing reasonable irrigation system for GAP.
