在考虑钻柱外钻井液的影响下,建立了钻柱与井壁碰撞的横向振动方程,并提出了分析振动碰撞特性的有限元计算模型,对碰撞力采用非线性弹簧和非线性阻尼器来描述.计算结果表明:钻柱与井壁之间的间隙,对钻柱的频响特性和碰撞力的大小有影响.本文的研究结果为实钻时避免钻柱的偏磨和钻柱寿命的预测提供了依据.
Under the influence of the drilling fluid outside the drill string, a transverse vibration equation of the collision between the drill string and the wellbore wall is established and a finite element calculation model for analyzing the collision characteristics of the vibration is proposed. Nonlinear springs and nonlinear dampers are used for the collision force description. The calculation results show that the clearance between the drill string and the borehole wall affects the frequency response of the drill string and the impact force. The results of this paper provide a basis for avoiding the eccentric wear of drill string and predicting the life of drill string during real drilling.
