利用普通硅酸盐水泥与钛矿渣,采用物理发泡工艺在水料比0.35的条件下,制备了泡沫混凝土,并结合XRD、SEM对钛矿渣泡沫混凝土微观结构及组成进行了分析,同时研究了钛矿渣微粉掺量对泡沫混凝土气孔、抗压强度及收缩的影响。研究表明,钛矿渣掺入促使泡沫混凝土气孔变大;钛矿渣取代15%水泥制备的泡沫混凝土干密度为517.0kg/m~3,56d抗压强度增长22.5%,为3.8MPa,56d收缩降低36.5%,减小到2.45mm/m。
