以某实际工程为背景,进行了一个波纹腹板H形钢空间节点的静力试验,考察了两种连接构造形式,并通过试验研究了该空间节点的力学性能和连接构造的合理性。应用波纹腹板H形钢梁的简化计算公式,分析了试验节点钢梁在弹性阶段的关键截面应力值,并将其计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,验证了该公式的合理性。静力试验结果表明,该空间节点的最终破坏发生在全焊连接的上翼缘对接焊缝处,破坏荷载是设计荷载的2.3倍;但由于发生了受拉翼缘断裂的脆性破坏,破坏截面弯矩仅达到极限抗弯承载力的74%,这是焊缝交汇处应力集中和波纹腹板偏心集中力共同作用的结果。两种连接构造形式中,将拼接位置置于平腹板梁段的栓焊混合连接形式性能更优,可用于实际工程。
Taking a practical project as a background, a static test of a H-shaped steel space node of a corrugated web was carried out. Two kinds of connection structures were investigated. The mechanical properties of the space nodes and the rationality of the connection structure were studied. Based on the simplified calculation formula of H - beam with corrugated webs, the stress of the critical cross - section of steel beams in the test phase is analyzed. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results to verify the rationality of the formula. The results of static tests show that the ultimate failure of the space joint occurs at the butt weld of the upper flange of the fully welded joint, and the failure load is 2.3 times of the designed load. However, due to the brittle failure of the flange, The bending moment only reaches 74% of the ultimate bending capacity, which is the result of the combined effect of the stress concentration at the weld intersection and the eccentric concentration of the corrugated web. In the two types of connection structure, the performance of the hybrid welding and bolting joint with the splicing position in the flat web beam section is better and can be used in practical engineering.
