循环流化床燃烧技术是一种介于火床燃烧和悬浮燃烧之间的一种燃烧方式,由于炉内物料的高热容强掺混和低温燃烧的特点,使其具有燃烧效率高、高效脱硫、脱硝、燃料适应性广等诸多优点,适应了现阶段对节能和环境保护的要求,正得到广泛推广使用。在循环硫化床锅炉的实际运行中亦暴露出一系列问题,如锅炉出力不足、磨损、结焦等,下面仅就锅炉达不到额定出力的原因作初步探讨。
