为配合铁路客运专线建设,满足预制梁场大吨位提移梁设备需求,综合分析现有提移梁设备的优缺点,根据预制梁场场地实际情况,研制开发了GJY900型轮轨式提梁机。该机额定起重量9000kN,横向跨度41.6m,纵向跨度16m,高16.2m,整机自重4120kN。主体为双向门架结构,起升高度10m,可吊移梁长度分别为32.6m、24.6m、20.6m,最小曲线半径1000m,可空载转向90°进行跨区作业,具备轮胎式提梁机作业灵活的特点,以成熟的技术理论和经验作保障,采用传统的轮轨技术,工作可靠、操作简便、设备投资少、保养费用低、具有较高的性价比。阐述了提梁机的设计理念及结构设计中的优化分析,介绍了该机的基本构造、工作原理、技术性能及主要特点。该机的成功设计生产为我国铁路客运专线桥梁架设提供了必要的技术储备,对国产大吨位运架设备开发具有重要的参考价值。
In order to meet the demand of large tonnage lifting beam equipment in prefabricated beam field to meet the needs of prefabricated passenger railway line, the advantages and disadvantages of existing lifting beam equipment are comprehensively analyzed. According to the actual situation of prefabricated beam field, a GJY900 wheel-rail beam lifting machine has been developed. The machine rated weight 9000kN, horizontal span of 41.6m, vertical span of 16m, high 16.2m, the whole weight 4120kN. The main body is a two-way gantry structure with lifting height of 10m. The length of the lifting beam is 32.6m, 24.6m and 20.6m respectively. The minimum curve radius is 1000m. Flexible features, with mature technology theory and experience for protection, using the traditional wheel and rail technology, reliable, easy to operate, less investment in equipment, low maintenance costs, with a high cost. The design concept and the optimization analysis of the structure design are expounded. The basic structure, working principle, technical performance and main features of the machine are introduced. The successful design and production of this machine has provided the necessary technical reserve for the bridge erection of China’s railway passenger dedicated line and has an important reference value for the development of domestic large-tonnage carrier transportation equipment.
