本文采用低渗溶血,高速旋离沉淀法制得人红细胞膜制剂,再利用酶学比色法测定了11例正常人和11例G6PD缺乏者红细胞膜Na~+-K~+ATP酶及Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)ATP酶活性。结果发现G6PD缺乏时红胞细膜Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+) ATP酶及Na~+-K~+ATP酶活性均有不同程度的降低。哇巴因抑制率下降49.4%。这些异常可能导致患者红细胞膜结构及红细胞的生理功能受损。
In this paper, human erythrocyte membrane preparation was prepared by hypotonic hemolysis and high-speed spin-cellation method. The contents of Na ~ + -K ~ + ATPase and Ca ~ (2 +) in erythrocyte membrane in 11 normal subjects and 11 G6PD- (2 +) - Mg ~ (2+) ATPase activity. The results showed that G6PD - deficient Ca (superscript 2 +) - Mg (superscript 2+) ATPase and Na ~ + -K ~ + ATPase activity were decreased to some extent. Ouabain suppression rate decreased 49.4%. These abnormalities may lead to impaired erythrocyte membrane structure and erythrocyte physiological function.
