至今,印度已经先后发展了4代“印度卫星”系列,从而迅速发展了国内通信卫星和广播电视卫星业务,取得了举世瞩目的成就。现在,印度自己的通信卫星不仅完全可以满足国内需求,而且还把转发器租赁给国外公司。那么,这一与中国国情相类似的发展中国家成功的秘密是什么呢?回顾印度通信卫星的发展历程,并研究其发展战略、管理体制和未来计划,能从中得到一些启迪。尤其是印度坚持独立自主发展直播卫星来占领本国市场的经验值得我国借鉴。
So far, India has successively developed four series of “Indian satellites” to rapidly develop its domestic telecommunications satellite and radio and television satellite business and has made remarkable achievements. India’s own communications satellite is now not only fully capable of satisfying domestic demand but also leasing transponders to foreign companies. So what is the secret of the success of a developing country similar to China’s national conditions? We can learn some lessons from reviewing the development of Indian communications satellites and studying its development strategy, management system and future plans. In particular, India’s experience in independently seeding direct-broadcast satellites to occupy its own market deserves our country’s reference.
