为了研究环境温度、搅拌速度、石灰粒度等级和泥灰比(污泥与石灰质量比)等因素对生石灰消化速度的影响,对重庆钢铁公司现场使用的炀琨焰和大宝坡两产地的石灰取样,进行4因素4水平正交试验及单因素试验。试验结果表明:各影响因素对消化速度的影响程度从大到小依次为泥灰比、污泥温度、搅拌强度、石灰粒度;随着污泥温度的升高石灰温升速率逐渐增大;随着泥灰比及石灰粒度的增加,温升速率逐渐降低。最佳生石灰消化参数为:污泥温度60℃,石灰粒度0.5~1.0 mm,转速300 r/min,泥灰比1.5∶1.0。经优化,炀琨焰和大宝坡两产地的石灰温升速率分别提高了2.67倍和3.73倍。
In order to study the effects of ambient temperature, stirring speed, limestone particle size and the ratio of sludge to lime (sludge to lime mass ratio) on the digestion rate of quick lime, samples of limestone from both Kunmingyan and Dabaopo used by Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. , 4 factors and 4 levels of orthogonal test and single factor test. The results showed that the influencing factors on the digestion rate in descending order were as follows: the ratio of sludge to ash, the temperature of sludge, the intensity of stirring and the particle size of lime; the rate of temperature rise of lime increased with the increase of sludge temperature; With the increase of the ratio of ash to lime and the particle size of lime, the rate of temperature rise gradually decreased. The optimum parameters of quick lime digestion were as follows: the temperature of sludge was 60 ℃, the particle size of lime was 0.5-1.0 mm, the rotation speed was 300 r / min and the ratio of sludge to lime was 1.5:1.0. After optimization, the rates of temperature rise of lime in Kunming flame and Dabao slope increased 2.67 times and 3.73 times respectively.
