为解决“三农”问题,近年来国家进一步加大了支农力度,并相继出台了一系列支农政策,取得了可喜的成绩。但是,限于种种原因,农业生产的粗放经营、科技含量不高的现状,没有得到很好的改善。特别是在科学施用肥料和生态影响等方面存在着诸多问题。目前广大农村盲目使用化肥的现象相当普遍。部分地区由于过量施用化肥,不仅增加了生产成本,还污染了环境,破坏了土壤。为探索建立引导农民科学施肥的新机制,四川省大力推广测土配方施肥技术。实践表明,随着这一技术的推行,明显地减少了化肥使用量,降低了生产成本,对提高农作物产量和品质也大有裨益。这不仅是解决我国化肥持续涨价的治本之策,同时还有利于我国农业的可持续发展。国家将加以扶持、稳步推进,争取3-5年显现成效。
In order to solve the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, the state has further increased its efforts in supporting agriculture in recent years and successively issued a series of policies to support agriculture and achieved gratifying results. However, due to various reasons, the extensive management of agricultural production and the low-tech status quo have not been well improved. Especially in the scientific application of fertilizers and ecological effects, there are many problems. At present, the phenomenon of blind use of chemical fertilizers in rural areas is quite common. In some areas, the excessive application of chemical fertilizers not only increases the production cost, but also pollutes the environment and destroys the soil. In order to explore the establishment of a new mechanism to guide farmers in scientific fertilization, Sichuan Province vigorously promote soil testing and fertilizer technology. Practice shows that with the implementation of this technology, the amount of fertilizer used is obviously reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the improvement of crop yield and quality is also greatly beneficial. This is not only a solution to the persistent problem of China’s chemical fertilizer prices, but also conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture in China. Countries will be supported and steadily pushed forward for 3-5 years to show results.
