本文介绍近年来大环化学发展一些新动向,如以大环化学为基础的超分子化学发展迅猛,它与新的合成化学、生命科学、材料科学息息相关,用大环及其配合物模拟生物体系,给药体系及光化学过程等研究也引人入胜,绳结型、螺旋型、足球、网、环状等新的大环化合物不断涌现。目前大环化学的研究已超越纯有机和无机化学的范畴正向新技术的开发方向发展。
In this paper, we introduce some new developments in macrocyclic chemistry in recent years. For example, the macrocyclic chemistry has developed rapidly in supramolecular chemistry. It is closely related to new synthetic chemistry, life science and materials science. Macrocycles and their complexes are used to simulate biological systems , Drug delivery systems and photochemical processes are also fascinating. New macrocycles such as cord knot, helix, football, net and ring are emerging. At present, the research on macrocyclic chemistry has gone beyond the scope of pure organic and inorganic chemistry to the development of new technologies.
