目的探讨四种肿瘤标志物CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125联合检测对肺癌与肺部良性病变鉴别诊断的价值。方法应用电化学发光法检测本院88例经临床确诊的肺癌患者,40例肺部良性病变和40例本院体检中心的健康人的血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125的血清水平。结果肺癌组CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125的水平明显高于肺部良性病变组和健康对照组(P<0.01)。不同病理类型中,腺癌CEA、鳞癌CYFRA21-1、小细胞肺癌NSE升高比较明显。各项比较(P<0.01)。结论 CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE分别对腺癌、鳞癌及小细胞肺癌的诊断有一定意义。将四项联合检测可提高诊断阳性率,使肺癌能早发现,早治疗。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of four tumor markers CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE and CA125 in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer and benign lung diseases. Methods The serum levels of CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE and CA125 in 88 patients with clinically diagnosed lung cancer, 40 benign pulmonary diseases and 40 healthy people in our hospital were detected by electrochemiluminescence. Results The levels of CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE and CA125 in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign lung disease group and healthy control group (P <0.01). Different pathological types, adenocarcinoma CEA, squamous cell carcinoma CYFRA21-1, small cell lung cancer increased NSE more obvious. The comparison (P <0.01). Conclusions CEA, CYFRA21-1 and NSE have certain significance for the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer respectively. The four joint detection can increase the diagnostic positive rate, lung cancer can be detected early, early treatment.
