为提高对青年人胃癌的认识，我们分析了１９８６年以来的１０年中，经内镜及手术后病理检查３０岁以下青年人胃癌５２例，占同期胃癌４．３０％。年龄最小１６岁，最大３０岁；男２３例，女２９例，男女之比为１１．２６，全部胃癌为中晚期，多见于胃体、胃角部，未分化和低分化为主３１例。病理组织切片染色查幽门螺杆菌中２２例阳性（７０．９７％）与中老年人胃癌幽门螺杆菌阳性率相似。
In order to raise awareness of young people with gastric cancer, we analyzed 52 cases of gastric cancer in young people under the age of 30, accounting for 4.30% of gastric cancer during the same period. The youngest is 16 years old and the oldest is 30 years old. There are 23 males and 29 females. The ratio between males and females is 11.26. All the stomach cancers are in the middle and late stages, and are mostly seen in the stomach and stomach, and the undifferentiated and poorly differentiated are 31 cases. Histopathologically, 22 cases of Helicobacter pylori were positive (70.97%) in histological section staining and the Helicobacter pylori positive rate was similar in the middle and old people.
