目的:观察与探讨长效胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2009年5月～2012年5月收治的2型糖尿病患者150例,随机分为甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖组(研究组)和中效低糖蛋白锌人胰岛素联合阿卡波糖组(对照组),每组各75例,治疗3个月,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组的综合治疗效果要好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长效甘精胰岛素联合口服降血糖药治疗2型糖尿病疗效理想,低血糖事件发生率低,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe and discuss the clinical effect of long-acting insulin in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 150 type 2 diabetic patients admitted from May 2009 to May 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into insulin glargine combined with acarbose group (study group) and low-glycemic zinc human insulin combined with acarine Wave group (control group), 75 cases in each group, for 3 months, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results: The comprehensive treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Long-acting glargine and oral hypoglycemic agents are effective in treating type 2 diabetes. The incidence of hypoglycemia is low, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
