[目的]介绍1例疑似30年潜伏期狂犬病的诊治过程。[方法]详细调查病例资料。[结果]结合患者既往史及症状体征,疑似30年潜伏期狂犬病。经临床多方会诊,狂犬病临床诊断成立。[结论]重视被犬咬伤后伤口的规范处理,接种狂犬疫苗和狂犬病人免疫球蛋白或抗狂犬病血清是预防狂犬病的关键措施。 [Objective] To introduce a case of suspected 30-year incubation period rabies. [Method] Detailed investigation of case data. [Results] Combined with the past history of patients and signs and symptoms, suspected 30-year incubation period of rabies. After clinical consultation, rabies clinical diagnosis was established. [Conclusion] It is a key measure to prevent rabies by paying attention to the standard treatment of wounds after being bitten by dogs and vaccinating rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin or anti-rabies serum.
