研究了从硫酸介质中用二-(2-乙基己基)-磷酸(D2EHPA,H2A2,P204)与 C5~7,羟肟酸(HR)协同萃取Ca3+的影响因素及其机理,经斜率法和饱和容量法确定了Ca3+萃合物的组成,计算了其表观平衡常数.并利用红外光谱探讨了萃合物的结构.结果发现,在高酸度H1SO4介质中体系有明显的正协萃效应.Ga3+离子的萃取率显著提高.其机理是以离子交换的形式进行的,萃合物的结构式为Ga(HA2)R2.
The factors that affect the synergistic extraction of Ca3 + from dihydrochloric acid (D2EHPA, H2A2, P204) and C5 ~ 7 hydroxamic acid (HR) from sulfuric acid medium and its mechanism were studied. The composition of Ca3 + complexes was determined by the saturation capacity method, and its apparent equilibrium constant was calculated. Infrared spectroscopy was used to investigate the structure of the complex. The results showed that in high acidity H1SO4 medium system has a significant positive synergistic effect. The extraction rate of Ga3 + ions is significantly increased. The mechanism is in the form of ion exchange. The structure of the complex is Ga (HA2) R2.
