目的:观察快中子及光子对人成骨肉瘤细胞系OS-732的杀伤作用。方法:用快中子、光子及混合射线照射OS-732细胞系,检测各组细胞受照射后的活细胞率、死细胞率及集落形成率。结果:单次照射后24、48及72h单纯快中子及高比例快中子混合线组对该细胞系的杀伤力强。结论:快中子及高比例快中子混合线对OS-732细胞系有较强的杀伤作用,对临床上应用快中子治疗骨肉瘤有一定指导意义。
Objective: To observe the killing effect of fast neutron and photon on human osteosarcoma cell line OS-732. Methods: OS-732 cells were irradiated with fast neutron, photon and mixed ray. The viable cell ratio, dead cell ratio and colony formation rate of each group were detected. Results: The single neutron fast neutron and high neutron fast neutron mixed line group were more lethal to this cell line at 24, 48 and 72 hours after single irradiation. Conclusion: Fast neutron and high ratio fast neutron mixed lines have a strong killing effect on OS-732 cell line, which is of guiding significance to the application of fast neutron in the treatment of osteosarcoma.
