甲状腺良性疾病手术中保留甲状腺后被膜对保护甲状旁腺及喉反神经的效果观察

目的探讨甲状腺良性疾病手术中保留甲状腺后被膜对保护甲状旁腺及喉反神经的效果。方法选取在本院进行甲状腺良性疾病手术的患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组40例。观察组患者采用精细化被膜解剖技术保留完整后被膜,对照组患者采用非精细化被膜解剖技术不保留后被膜,术后比较其甲状腺旁腺和喉反神经的损伤状况。结果观察组患者不良反应的发生率和程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论综上所述,对甲状腺良性疾病患者采用精细化被膜解剖技术保留完整后被膜进行治疗,能够有效保护甲状旁腺和喉反神经,所以值得在临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of preserving the thyroid gland on the protection of parathyroid and laryngeal nerve during thyroid benign disease surgery. Methods Eighty patients with benign thyroid diseases undergoing surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with the fine dissection technique to preserve the intact posterior capsule. The patients in the control group were treated with the non-subtle dissection technique without preserving the posterior capsule. Postoperatively, the thyroid gland and the laryngeal nerve were compared. Results The incidence and extent of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In summary, patients with benign thyroid disease using fine dissection of the membrane technology to retain the integrity of the film after treatment, can effectively protect the parathyroid and the laryngeal nerve, it is worth the clinical promotion.
