我国广大的北方地区井灌十分普遍。因此,如何发挥这些机井的作用?增加它的出水量?值得认真讨论研究。 1.机井合理配泵的两个基本条件 (1)井泵合理配套。机井出水量最好和水泵最优工况点的流量(注在铭牌上)相等,如不等,应使水泵“工作点”居于水泵的高效率区内(泵样本上有此推荐范围)。 (2)扬程合理配套。水泵的实际安装高程Hg和损失扬程之和必须保证不超过泵样本上规定的允许吸上真空高度Hs。从水泵的汽蚀性能试验知道,当水泵吸程超过临界吸上真空高度时,泵的扬程、流量、功率急剧下降,机组剧烈振动甚至断流。长期在此区内工作,过流部件会迅速损坏。所以泵样本中一般均根据试验的临界吸上真空高度,考虑0.3~0.5米的余量,确定水泵的
