肝海绵状血管瘤（ｃａｖｅｒｎｏｕｓａｅｍａｎｇｉｏｍａｏｆｔｈｅｌｉｖｅｒ；ＣＨＬ）是最常见的肝脏良性肿瘤，多采用手术切除。我院自１９９４年１０月至１９９８年１０月，对８例ＣＨＬ采用经皮肝动脉插管碘化油栓塞治疗，取得良好效果，现报告如下。１ 资料与方法８
