采用X射线衍射、透射电镜观察研究了Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni形状记忆合金不同变形条件下的应力诱发ε马氏体相变及其形状记忆效应。研究表明,停载时间为0~10 min时,试验合金形状恢复率随停载时间的增加而迅速增大,停载时间超过10min时,虽然应力诱发ε马氏体量增多,但形状恢复率却减小,造成这一现象的原因是应力诱发ε马氏体的稳定化。合金试样停载10 min可以有效地提高合金的形状记忆恢复率。
The stress induced ε martensitic transformation and its shape memory effect under different deformation conditions of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni shape memory alloy were investigated by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the recovery rate of the shape of the test alloy increases rapidly with the stop time from 0 to 10 min. When the stop time exceeds 10 min, although the stress-induced ε martensite volume increases, the shape recovery rate But decreased, the reason for this phenomenon is stress-induced ε martensite stabilization. The alloy sample loading 10 min can effectively improve the shape memory recovery rate of the alloy.
