目的:建立采用高效液相色谱法测定萆(艹解)分清丸中薯蓣皂苷元含量的方法。方法:采用 Kromasil KR100-5 C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5 μm),以甲醇-乙腈(30:70)为流动相,206 nm 为检测波长,室温下对萆(艹解)分清丸中的薯蓣皂苷元的含量进行测定。结果:测定线性范围为0.123~1.23 mg·mL~(-1),r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.9%。结论:该法简便、快速,专属性强,可以满足制剂的质量控制要求。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of diosgenin in Fuling Pills by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: A Kromasil KR100-5 C_(18) column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile (30:70) and the detection wavelength was 206 nm. The enthalpy was solved at room temperature. The content of diosgenin in the separate pills was determined. Results: The linear range was 0.123~1.23 mg·mL-1, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.9%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and highly specific. It can meet the quality control requirements of the preparation.
