目的 探讨基层医院推广输血前抗体筛选试验的重要性和配血方法配血流程对安全输血的影响因素.方法 对无开展抗体筛选试验的2008-2010年和开展抗体筛选试验的2011-2013年临床

目的 探讨基层医院推广输血前抗体筛选试验的重要性和配血方法配血流程对安全输血的影响因素.方法 对无开展抗体筛选试验的2008-2010年和开展抗体筛选试验的2011-2013年临床配血中盐水法和聚凝胺法不配合型统计分析.结果 2008-2010年聚凝胺法检出不配合型7例,盐水法检出零例,2011-2013年聚凝胺法检出不配合性1例,盐水法检出零例,2011年开展抗体筛选试验后输血前抗体筛选检出不规则抗体7例.结论 开展抗体筛选试验和规范血库配血方法配血流程可降低输血风险,同时对患者及母婴提供科学指导和预防措施.
