In the northern part of Tibet, Kunlun Mountains, south of Hoh Xil Mountain, north of the Gangdise Mountains and north of the Nyainqentanglha Mountain, there is a vast and inhuman region. This is the no man’s land in northern Tibet. No man’s land in northern Tibet has been designated as “Qiangtang Nature Reserve,” an area of more than 200,000 square kilometers, with an average elevation of 5,000 meters above sea level, dry climate, cold, thin air, was called “the restricted area of life.” Here, not only has a charming natural landscape to send, but also because of its unique geographical environment, rich water and vast grasslands, save the world’s most rare wildlife communities and unique fauna. There are not only a large number of rare animals here, but most are unique to the region. In mid-May 2001, we were accompanied by a group of four people who were driving a shabby Beijing 2020s off-road jeep. From Chengdu, we embarked on an adventure photography trip to Tibet - to cross the no man’s land in northern Tibet.
