随着改革开放的不断深入、中国市场经济的发展和社会的进步,各类资源开发迅速,而在这一发展过程中,出现了很多问题。文章通过综合分析扬州市当前水土保持监督执法的核心问题,创新性地提出了适合扬州市水土保持监督执法的施行对策,如进一步健全完善水土保持法律法规体系、加强水土保持监督执法队伍建设、开展水土保持监督执法规范化建设等,以期能够为扬州市水土保持监督执法体系完善提供理论参考,并为其他地区水土保持监督执法提供借鉴方案,科学地防患我国水土流失,造福后代。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the development of China’s market economy and social progress, all kinds of resources have been rapidly developed. In this process of development, many problems have arisen. By comprehensively analyzing the core issues of current supervision and law enforcement of soil and water conservation in Yangzhou, the article creatively put forward countermeasures for implementing supervision and law enforcement of soil and water conservation in Yangzhou City, such as further perfecting the laws and regulations system of soil and water conservation, strengthening the construction of soil and water conservation supervision and law enforcement personnel, So as to provide a theoretical reference for perfecting the supervision and law enforcement system of soil and water conservation in Yangzhou City and provide reference for the supervision and law enforcement of soil and water conservation in other areas so as to scientifically prevent soil erosion in our country and benefit the future generations.
