1.本法叙选了一种氯霉素的此色含量测定法,达方法是以 Peppe 氏法为基础而加以改良,即将其还原剂氯化亚锡改为锌粉,使硝基还原为氨基,重氮化后与α-萘酚偶合,而省去了用乙醚抽提等手续。2.本法适用于氯霉素左旋体或混旋体及其在一般制剂中的含量测定。测定时氯每素的浓度以调整至0.13—0.3毫克/10毫升最为适宜。偶合时α-萘酚用量必须一致,在上述氯霉素浓度下,以加入1%的醇溶液0.1毫升为宜。显色所需时间为30分钟。锌盐在比色时无影响。
1. This law describes the determination of a color of chloramphenicol. The method is based on the Peppe’s method and is modified by changing the reducing agent stannous chloride to zinc powder so that the nitro is reduced to Amino group, coupled with α-naphthol after diazotization, eliminates procedures such as extraction with ether. 2.
