方广吉同志是大连市公安局沙河口区分局南沙派出所民警。他自1986年参加公安工作以来,始终牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,自觉保持共产党员的政治本色,忠诚履行人民警察的崇高职责,在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的业绩,先后被评为全国优秀人民警察、全省优秀共产党员、大连市特等劳动模范,省公安厅为他荣记个人一等功,并授予“人民公仆、忠诚卫士”荣誉称号。
Comrade Fang Guangji is a police officer at the Nansha police station in Shahekou Branch of Dalian Public Security Bureau. Since he took part in the work of public security in 1986, he has always kept in mind the principle of serving the people wholeheartedly, conscientiously keeping the political qualities of party members and loyally performing the noble duties of the people’s police and made extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts. For the National Excellent People’s Police, outstanding Communist Party members in the province, Dalian special labor model, the Provincial Public Security Department for his honor personal First Class, and awarded the “public servants, loyal guards,” the honorary title.
