本文分析了我国建筑施工企业经营管理现状,认为建筑施工企业内部管理不规范是经济效益下降的根本原因,对此提出建议:首先,施工企业要搞好内部组织机制的健全,增强企业发展的动力;其次,用严格的管理制度和管理标准来规范全员职工的行为;再次,加大施工项目过程内部管理、强化企业成本和企业经营管理手段;第四,加速企业经营管理的现代化,对企业生产经营活动进行有效的管理,使之创造最佳经济效益的过程。
This paper analyzes the status quo of construction and management enterprises in our country, and considers that the non-standard internal management of construction enterprises is the fundamental reason for the decline of economic benefits.
