为了进一步研究本病有关血細胞形态学上的特点,对临床确診典型成人患者30例进行了血液骨髓象的观察,茲报告如下。材料来源本组再生障碍性貧血30例均系哈医大一院內科住院患者,其中男21例,女9例。年龄在15～62岁之間,30岁以內佔三分之二,平均年龄30岁。病例选择;(1)全血細胞減少症。(2)原因不明骨髓造血功能障碍。(3)无明显肝脾及淋巴結腫大。(4)已除外其他全血細胞減少性疾病,特别是陣发性睡眠性血紅蛋白尿症者。
