轴承套圈磁粉检测过程中经常会出现“聚磁”现象,仔细观察“聚磁”部位又找不到缺陷痕迹,经失效验证,该现象确属于非相关磁痕显示,这是轴承行业制造选材过程中比较棘手的问题。对于重要的轴承产品,由于其材料和热处理的特殊性,非常有必要分析该现象的成因。为此本文采用了多种分析方法,对发现的“聚磁”显示进行验证对比分析,找到了“聚磁”的起因,从而解决了此技术难题。
Magnetic phenomena often occur in the process of bearing ring magnet powder detection. If we look closely at the “poly-magnetic” part of the bearing ring, we can not find any defects. After failure verification, the phenomenon is indeed a non-related magnetic trace. Bearing industry manufacturing material selection process more difficult issues. For important bearing products, due to the special nature of their materials and heat treatment, it is necessary to analyze the causes of the phenomenon. For this reason, this paper uses a variety of analytical methods to verify the found “poly magnetic ” display comparative analysis to find the cause of “poly magnetic ”, thus solving this technical problem.
