花药培养技术是一条快速高效的育种途径,它与杂交育种相结合,既可发挥杂交育种的优点,又能提高选择效率,加速稳定,缩短育种年限。我所自70年代初就开始研究水稻花药培养,20年来,无论在基础理论还是在育种实践上都取得了很大进展,育成了多个品种(系)。并在生产上占有一定的种植面积。现将最新推广的水稻优良花培新品种龙粳3号的特性及栽培要点简介如下。龙粳3号水稻品种,原代号龙花83—046,是我所于1980～1982年以[(合江21号×雄基9号)×合江16号]×滨旭的组合方式杂交,1983年接种 F_1花药离体培养选育而成。1992年经黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定,确定推广。
