本文研究了以甲基瞵酸二异戊酯(DAMP)为固定相,不同浓度的硝酸、盐酸、高氯酸和硝酸钠溶液为展开剂的纸上反相分配色谱法,测定了铀、钍和一些放射性核素的R_f值。根据所测的R_f值,选择适当的展开剂,能满意地分离U-Th,~(90)Sr-~(90)Y,~(95)Zr-~(95)Nb,~(210)Pb-~(210)Bi-~(210)Po以及铀、钍和其它一些放射性核素混合物。同时还注意到某些金属离子的层析行为在常量和痕量之间有明显的差别。
In this paper, the reverse phase preparative chromatography on paper using diisobutylmethylacetate (DAMP) as stationary phase, different concentrations of nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, perchloric acid and sodium nitrate as developing solvent, the effects of uranium, thorium And some radionuclide R_f values. According to the measured value of R_f, the appropriate developing solvent is selected to satisfactorily separate U-Th, ~ (90) Sr- ~ (90) Y, ~ (95) Zr- ~ (95) Nb, ~ - ~ (210) Bi- ~ (210) Po and uranium, thorium and some other radionuclide mixtures. Also note that the chromatographic behavior of certain metal ions shows significant differences between constant and trace amounts.
