采用定量分配器考察了木屑粉的流化特性,实验测定了床层压力随流化风量的变化曲线,通过对搅拌桨型式及数量的优化,成功实现了木屑粉的流态化,并在此基础上测定了不同圆盘频率条件下的单位时间输送量。结果表明:同一输送圆盘频率条件下,输送量比较稳定,不同输送圆盘频率条件下的单位时间输送量呈线性关系,拟合曲线为y=0.044 29 x+0.752 45。
The fluidized characteristics of sawdust powder were investigated by using a quantitative distributor. The curves of bed pressure versus fluidizing air volume were experimentally determined. Through the optimization of the type and the number of stirring blades, the fluidization of sawdust powder was successfully achieved. Based on the determination of the different disk frequency under the conditions of delivery per unit time. The results show that under the same conveying disk frequency, the conveying capacity is relatively stable, and the conveying quantity per unit time under different conveying disk frequency has a linear relationship. The fitting curve is y = 0.044 29 x + 0.752 45.
