本发明公开一种TMR自校零数字电流传感器及其自校零方法。通过TMR电桥芯片、放大器和模数转换器将被测电流信号转换成电压信号,经过放大和模数转换生成测量数据;TMR电桥芯片的噪声数据被数字信号处理器分析后,运算得到激励线圈所需激励电压,通过数模转化器及驱动器施加到激励线圈,产生垂直于TMR灵敏度方向的激励磁场,对TMR电桥芯片进行降低噪声;再采集和分析噪声情况,最终实现TMR零点的自动校准。本发明可以有效地测量电流信号,测量结果精度高动态大,能够有效降低系统的成本。
