M1420万能外圆磨床砂轮轴漏油是一个长期存在的老大难问题。砂轮轴漏油不仅影响产品质量,还浪费了润滑油,更严重的是磨削过程中脱落的砂粒、微屑随冷却液进入油封唇部后,使主轴迅速磨损、报废。该问题长期得不到解决,成为磨床行业的难题。一、漏油原因目前,磨床砂轮主轴密封一般都采用普通单唇骨架油封,这种油封结构简单,使用方便,在一般场合密封效果良好。但由于砂轮架主轴转速高(n=2200r/min、油封处主轴直径D=40mm、线速度v=5m/s):动压轴承所使用的2号主轴油粘度又很低;各橡胶制品厂生产的普通油封均难以达到稳定的全密封性能。
