在电力市场中 ,输电网开放增加了系统阻塞的可能性 ,而阻塞削弱了竞争机制 ,减少了社会经济效益。明显高的电价将促使具有弹性的市场参与者采取裁减负荷或停止用电等措施 ,从而消除或缓解整个网络电力传输阻塞。文中介绍了负荷弹性的概念 ,建立了考虑弹性负荷报价的双拍卖系统OPF模型 ;并且在是否考虑网络约束的条件下 ,分别考虑完全弹性负荷、弹性负荷和完全非弹性负荷等几种情况 ,以算例说明弹性负荷对社会福利、销售赢余、节点电价、阻塞成本等的影响。结果表明 ,弹性负荷不但可以减少节点电价和阻塞成本 ,而且可以减缓系统阻塞
In the electricity market, the opening up of transmission grids increases the possibility of system congestion, while congestion weakens the competition mechanism and reduces socio-economic benefits. Significantly higher electricity prices will encourage flexible market participants to take measures such as cutting load or stopping electricity, thereby eliminating or alleviating the power transmission blockage in the entire network. In this paper, the concept of load elasticity is introduced and an OPF model of dual auction system is established, in which the elastic load quotation is considered. Under the condition of considering the network constraints, the cases of fully elastic load, elastic load and completely inelastic load are considered An example shows the effect of elastic load on social welfare, sales surplus, node price, congestion cost and so on. The results show that the elastic load can not only reduce the node price and congestion costs, but also reduce the system congestion
